Our mission is to improve wellbeing outcomes in the music industry. We want everyone to know that taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. Our individual coaching and student awareness sessions focus on small changes that add up to big changes. Practical hacks and habits that fit easily into your life. We also work with festivals, recording studios and other organisations to build a supportive working environment. Research shows this fosters creativity and drives better results.
