Smith and Allan have been manufacturing and supplying our own brand lubricants since 1925. The intervening years have seen us forge strong and lasting relationships with both customers and suppliers alike. As the largest independent oil blender in the North of England, we do not look to sell oil and move on; we look to build in harmony with our customers and we operate procedures to minimize waste, to increase efficiency and to strive for cost effective supply in the ever demanding world of service and production. Our production processes and finished lubricants are certified to ISO 9001 and as long-standing proud members of the United Kingdom Lubricants Association and Verification Of Lubricant Specifications we take great pride in knowing that for over Ninety Years there is no substitute for quality. Our staff are trained to help and can offer expert advice in all areas of lubrication as well as advice on the wide range of decorative and industrial paint we stock. To ensure we can be a one stop shop we are stockists of Shell & Petro-Canada lubricants, Houghton Metal Working fluids, Sigma, Tractol & Tekaloid paints and many other ancillary items. We supply a countless number of customers with our oils and big names put their faith in us to keep their business running. Our oils have lubricated power stations, they have helped produce electric vehicles, they have helped to quarry stone, and mine coal from open casts.
