We are dedicated to connecting, supporting, and developing BIPOC faculty, staff, and administrators in independent schools throughout Southern California.
We are a membership-based organization that provides the following to our member schools:
-Professional development in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion for staff members in independent schools
-Offer interactive workshops to help faculty and staff navigate challenges that may exist with BIPOC students
-Access to network with other independent schools to create curricula that are more inclusive and diverse
-Provide positive examples for treating all children with civility, while leaning into uncomfortable conversations for education transparency.
-Host a job portal designed to attract diverse talent
