"SOCAR Upstream Operations Management” (SUOM) is an affiliate company of SOCAR, established in November 2023 as a Limited Liability Company with headquarters in Baku, Azerbaijan. Main objectives of SUOM are: Act as a supporting party in the strategic management of SOCAR’s development & production operations, providing expertise in technical functions and operational support, including Health, Safety, and Environment, Reservoir Management, Well Delivery, Capital Projects’ Management, Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity, and Long-term Asset Development; Strategically expand our operational footprint and sustainably grow by leveraging innovative technologies and industry expertise to enhance recovery of hydrocarbon resources, increase production efficiency and ensure operational excellence.
