System of Care Collaborative of Mecklenburg County

The System of Care Collaborative of Mecklenburg County seeks to facilitate cross-system collaboration among family members, youth, community partners, and child-, youth-, and family-serving agencies to improve outcomes for Mecklenburg County’s children, youth, and families. The Collaborative plays a key role in creating a healthy System of Care by establishing strong youth/family/agency partnerships, identifying and organizing access to community resources, sharing community events, implementing strategies to promote System of Care development and carrying out projects that improve community well-being.
