SolarStone is a full-suite solar development firm offering all land acquisition, permitting, interconnection, and engineering services as well as EPC management carrying projects from inception to COD or NTP. Headquartered in Minnesota, SolarStone takes a highly strategic approach to site acquisition allowing for the efficient development of a robust pipeline of renewable energy projects across the nation. The company was founded in 2014 by industry veterans Joe Devito and Kaya Tarhan, each with over 30 years of experience in the power sector, and each having developed thousands of MW's of currently operating renewable energy projects. To date, SolarStone has developed and sold over 30 community solar projects totaling ~150 MW's that are currently under construction or in operation and continues expanding its activities into utility scale renewable energy projects.
