Solstice Minerals

Solstice Minerals Limited (Solstice Minerals or the Company) is a new generation explorer listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code SLS. Solstice Minerals' Board and management, led by Matthew Yates as Chairman, has been responsible for the exploration and development of several large and diverse mining and exploration projects, covering every facet of exploration and mining from grass roots to development and operation. Solstice Minerals has assembled an extensive tenement holding (licences and applications) covering approximately 2,000km2 over three project areas in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia (WA): Yarri, Kalgoorlie and Ponton. The tenement holding has been largely under-explored, with modern exploration previously restricted by disjointed tenement ownership and limited funding. Solstice Minerals' ownership consolidation provides an opportunity to apply cutting-edge targeting methodologies using a belt-scale approach. The Company is well funded with no debt and is looking to expand its footprint in WA.
