We work with our clients to provide a clear view on how their technology capabilities match their business vision and goals. Typically we do this through a process of agreeing areas to look at and a timescale - we then adjust the breadth and depth of the approach to suit the circumstances. We may focus in on a particular known issue (e.g. an organisation, operations or technology problem) or go as wide as an overall assessment across all aspects of product and technology capability. We have experience working with all sizes of business from mid-sized (200-1000 employees) up to very large enterprises (e.g. multinational oil and one of the world's largest payment processors). We focus on agile (small "a" - no dogma) approaches to achieving change and achieving value from technology.
