Source Hero looks to address the following problems in Recruitment Internal Recruitment Teams are over extended as they are struggling to fill difficult or technical roles, which in turn is increasing the Time-to-Hire across the business. Subsequently; the downstream impact relates to Operational, whereby the Hiring Managers are not getting the right people in their teams resulting in double-hatting or in some cases triple hatting roles to fill the gaps. Short term, tactical fixes result in additional cost overheads by bringing in external recruitment companies and / or talent consulting partners to either gap fill / resolve the resource problem temporarily at a high cost. SourceHero is here to offer all companies a “role on roll off” subscription service, giving access to headhunted and passive candidates, but without having the excessive cost of using external recruitment companies or talent consulting partners. We want to partner with internal recruitment teams to help support in finding candidates for the hard-to-fill roles to help reduce Time-to-Hire and improve the quality of candidates hired.
