Sparks-USA

Sparks-USA is a career and leadership development program designed for globally minded university women who are building their lives and careers in the U.S. Applications for Season 4 (January–May 2026) open in October 2025! 💡 Full scholarships available for all eligible participants. If you're ready to grow, lead, and make an impact—this journey is for you! Eligibility: We welcome applications from: ✔ Young women with international backgrounds currently enrolled in a U.S. undergraduate or graduate program (excluding those graduating during the same semester) ✔ Those willing to commit at least 3 hours per week for live Zoom sessions ✔ Individuals passionate about leadership, social change, and community service How to Apply: Please email the following to sparksusa@thetwi.org: ✔ Your resume ✔ A short statement of purpose explaining your background, your interest in the program, and how Sparks-USA fits into your leadership journey
