That’s why we design and implement transformative, community-driven leadership programs that equip university women with the skills, confidence, and support they need to step into leadership roles.
We are also proud to support our sister organization in Türkiye, Değişim Liderleri Derneği (DLD), whose Sparks Program has been empowering young women for over 16 years—because when women rise, society rises with them!!
