Spherica Employee Benefits (a Dearden & Associates Insurance Group member company) is a consultative employee benefits and risk management firm based in the Salt Lake Valley, Utah. While the majority of our clients are in Utah and the Intermountain region, we conduct business across the nation.
Our primary focus is self-funding employee benefits and workers' compensation for organizations with fifty or more enrolled employees. Our team is comprised of highly experienced professionals from a variety of healthcare related fields – benefits administration, stop-loss insurance, pharmacy, physician and hospital clinics, and traditional insurance services. We use select vendor partners that share our commitment and vision to provide clients with high-quality care at appropriate and sustainable pricing. We prioritize providing interactive tools to assist people in the above objectives, including the training and support to build a successful experience throughout each plan year, and improving from year to year.
