Our range of Alginate Pearls ( including Olive Oil, Vinegars, Soya Sauce, Fruits, Alcohol & Liqueurs pearls ) are ready to use ( packaging for food service = metal tins 200 gr. and for Delicatessen food stores = glass jars 50 gr. ) and have a shelf life of 12 months ( you could use it 4 weeks after openning - conservation in a refrigerator after openning ).
