First established in 1947 by Salvatore Spinelli, known to be a man of his community, working as the Assistant Village Engineer for nearly 40 years in the Village of Mamaroneck as well as dedicating time as a volunteer fireman.
In 1977, Sal's son, Richard Sr. obtained his surveying license and took over the business after working as the Assistant Village Engineer of Mamaroneck.
The business is now comprised of Richard Sr., his wife Angela and their son, Richard Jr., who has pursued the same path as his father and grandfather for over 20 years, working as chief field technician while implementing the latest surveying technology in and out of the office as it becomes available.
