Key services: Innovation Constellation Work - research on positive social tipping points Every innovation is dependent on reaching a critical mass. It needs a social tipping point in a positive sense, so that enough people accept the new development and realize the benefits for themselves and the common good. The social fields, the people involved along the innovation journey, often find themselves in difficult and slowing dynamics. These can be explored through systemic innovation constellation work. In this way, a different perception of the innovation process can be developed than in everyday life and new options for action can be recognized from the helicopter perspective, which help to accelerate the whole process. Innovation constellation work is offered in open workshops in cooperation with academies.
