Leadership coaching for rising stars looking to obtain their next promotion. I'm looking for ambitious professionals who have had success, and are also aware of limitations keeping them from reaching their full potential. I offer individual leadership coaching which consists of a clear picture of your leadership effectiveness today, a vision of where you want to take your leadership and a plan to get there with measurements of success. The program is supported by coaching sessions twice a month, or more, over the course of 6 months. This is the time required to make the transformational shift and ensure the change sticks.
