Staffed with caring professionals, Split Rock maintains the highest quality of care, serving the community since 1970. Our facility is specially equipped to provide skilled care post hospitalization whether it is for acute illness or surgery, orthopedic joint replacement, injury, stroke, respiratory and cardiac care.
Our In-house physicians are on site Monday through Friday and are available on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week for our residents. Our skilled Registered Nurses deliver care with compassion, in a warm, nurturing and homelike environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
