A. C. T. S. as moving Nigeria closer and closer to achieving the Millennium Development Goals, one person at a time. As we source and collate needed resources to transform orphans and less privileged children into History Makers through education, they too can achieve their dreams, end the cycle of poverty and start a cycle of many-helping-many, thereby delivering the inclusive growth that can transform Africa.
