Our Head office is based in Colchester Essex and is run by our helpful customer service and support team that have all been involved within the maintenance of public use and educational specification sports equipment for many years. Their knowledge of all areas for Primary and Secondary schools as well as other play areas (indoor and outdoor), MUGA’s, Sports Halls and gymnasiums helps us offer a unique supportive service to our customers.
With regional engineer support hubs near Manchester and Glasgow supporting our Colchester base our fully trained and DBS checked engineers deliver our high quality nationwide services going the extra mile when they are working on site.
All our team have the same ethos in looking after our customers and delivering our Play Safe services. We carry out annual safety inspections offering two core servicing options, traditional and money saving which is a fully inclusive service which means unlike traditional methods you will not receive a large repair quotation. It’s all undertaken under the fixed cost helping budget conscious organisations plan an effective service and maintenance program.
Our full range of sports services means we are able to support sports facilities from initial installations, both indoor and outside to bespoke repairs from basketball goals, sports pitches and much more. Also we offer a parts ordering website with support to facilities managers that undertake their own repairs.
We also service and repair public use fitness equipment and facilities.
