We operate at the intersection of the engineering and mortgage finance worlds (Fannie, Freddie, SBA, conventional etc) with various support services in the CRE due diligence process. Here are our primary service lines . . . - SBA 504 green program - For borrowers that have utilized their $5 million traditional basket, there are additional funds (up to $5.5 million per project) if the borrower utilizes the green program. Our firm performs the engineering analysis and documentation necessary for submittal to the SBA to open that door. - Energy engineering/audits - I've worked on energy engineering projects since graduating engineering school and this will always be a part of our service line since I love getting into the weeds on these. We provide energy audits as stand alone ASHRAE Level I and II projects or as part of various green loan programs. - Review of Property Condition Assessments (PCA) reports per ASTM standard. For some smaller firms, we represent their entire review team and for larger firms, we operate as their overflow review team to handle the load beyond what their full time staff can manage. Collectively, our team has reviewed over 8,500 reports! - Ghost writing of Property Condition Assessments (PCA) reports. You send us your field notes and label all of your site pictures and then we take it from there. This is primarily aimed at smaller providers who want to take on more projects, but have simply run out of time. We keep you in the field inspecting more properties and then all you have to do is give a last look review to the report we wrote.
