Dr. Shambhunath Singh Research Foundation - SRF

Dr. Shambhunath Singh Research Foundation, SRF is a secular, non-profit making development organization, established by the group of development professionals under the inspiration of renowned literary figure, culturist and social activist late Dr. Shambhunath Singh. The foundation of organisation was laid on November 9, 1989, while formally registered under the society registration act on December 31 1991. Over the period, the organization has marked its presence as a committed, target oriented development agency, guided by professional values, with long term objectives to pursue integrated community development. In the journey of two decades, SRF has undertaken various interventions on issues related with child rights & development, women empowerment, gender issues, human rights, urban development, environment protection etc. in collaboration with a number of national and international organizations including Government of India, NCW, UNICEF, Plan India, Action Aid, CRY, Step Foundation, PACT Inc. (USA), Jensaikyo Foundation, UPSACS, UPHSDP, HLFPPT, Mahila Kalyan Nigam, SIFPSA etc.
