The Strategic Resource Group (SRG) offers Executive and Technical Recruiting services for full-time permanent positions. We tackle individual technical contributor roles in Software and Systems Engineering thru to Executive Management roles –including Director Engineering, CIO and CTO roles. SRG offers both contingent and retained search capabilities to our client companies and work in the strictest of confidence with our clients and candidates. SRG operates in both the commercial and Intelligence communities. Geographically SRG centralizes efforts in the Washington, Baltimore & Northern Virginia hi-tech corridor, but also has conducted nationwide and international searches. SRG also provides strategic services to both Employer’s and Job Seeker’s, or candidates.
