St Polycarp's CTSA

The Surrey-based St Polycarp's Catholic Teaching School Alliance (CTSA) offers a one year Schools Direct teacher training programme, currently ran in conjunction with St Mary’s University, Twickenham. The programme provides an excellent start towards a highly rewarding career in teaching, with a wealth of experienced, motivated staff who come together in a friendly, inspiring setting to make all students feel valued and supported. Students are part of the teaching team from day one and will gain invaluable 'on the job' training in at least two alliance schools based across Surrey and Hampshire. The programme awards successful graduates with both Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE).
