Stak automates the complicated invoicing pipeline for contractors. If your business processes a lot of invoices from subcontractors each month--Stak is for you. We automatically read all invoices, sort them to the correct project, provide an easy to use front end to modify and categorize invoices down to the line item, and automatically create the client's invoice. We will even follow up with your client's for you if they haven't paid in a timely manner. Stak also provides project and company wide financial analytics, a user-friendly "budget-to-actuals" report to quickly communicate where project funds are being spent and a simple way to build a projects budget using your companies custom cost code format.
