He has also held the role of People Director at Ark, an education charity. This unique combination enables him to provide a pragmatic, commercial perspective underpinned by deep technical expertise, addressing many of the multi-layered people challenges that organisations are facing today. As well as UK-based roles, Rob has extensive international experience in Europe, the US, Asia and Africa and is a seasoned operator at Executive, Remuneration Committee and Board level. He has a strong track record of delivery and execution, a proven ability to establish and develop effective relationships at all levels and has successfully transformed a number of global HR functions from reactive, administrative teams into proactive, commercial business partners.
