The Star Chocolates production facility was established in 1983 and commenced production later that year. Star’s initial market was in the manufacturing and retailing boutique end, creating high-quality handmade filled chocolates and seasonal novelties. Without losing sight of these beginnings, Star Chocolates then continued to develop its place in the marketplace, utilising some of the most advanced and modern equipment available. This enabled us to maintain the high quality for our chocolates throughout our product ranges, and at the same time, allowed us to expand the varieties available, and to accommodate our customers’ needs and requirements more easily. We have produced several ranges of chocolates sold in Australia, Japan and the USA.
