His work has spanned industries ranging from banking to technology, telecommunications, insurance, and health care and includes a variety of prominent litigation matters, such as litigation related to the Enron and Lehman Brothers bankruptcies, the so-called bailout of AIG, merger reviews and antitrust litigation related to some of the largest multinational technology and telecommunications firms in the world, and precedent-setting litigation in the smartphone "patent wars." He has provided complex litigation support and other services for leading US and global law firms including Sidley, Orrick, Allen & Overy, Boies Schiller, Katten, Kirkland & Ellis, Skadden, Cleary Gottlieb, Jones Day, Moore & Van Allen, MTO, Mayer Brown, Paul Weiss, Williams & Connolly, and DLA Piper, among others.
