S.T.A.R. (Strength Training and Rehabilitation) Physical Therapy was founded in 1994 as a response to the demand in the mid-penninsula for a privately owned rehabilitation facility specializing in highly skilled orthopedic patient care.
All patient care is delivered by clinicians licensed by the state of California. Our programs are progressive and proactive, emphasizing physical training, education, and patient self management. Regular and concise clinical progress reports are sent to all authorized parties involved in the patient’s medical care.
It is the intention of S.T.A.R Physical Therapy to assist the patient with as many of the administrative tasks as possible. Authorizations and subsequent billings are expeditiously and efficiently performed.
At S.T.A.R. Physical Therapy, we regularly have employment opportunities for licensed physical therapists and ancillary staff. We frequently hire and intern college students and those interested in our healthcare profession. Additionally, we have licensed clinical instructors for physical therapy students needing to complete their clinical rotations before physical therapy school graduation and state licensure.
