Our wide choice of standard building blocks allows us to build highly configurable pick-and-place and gravity-feed handlers, with or without laser markers, tape and reel, 2D/3D-lead inspection, etc. We integrate electrical test with any combination of acoustic chambers, air/vacuum pressure chambers, light source/detectors, shock, temperature -55C to 175C, vibration, and other MEMS specific test environments. We also offer PLD/Crystal programmers and Opens & Shorts testers. Exatron also manufactures Particle Interconnect test sockets.
