StartStrong Fitness CIC

We are a grant funded community interest company offering free parent and baby exercise classes across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. We help support pregnant women, new mums/dads who have Preeclampsia, Gestational Diabetes, High BMI and Post Natal Depression in both the mother and the father. Parents can come workout whilst babies lay and play not having to worry about childcare, meet like minded people and take time to work on themselves through a fitness class run by Pre & Post Natal Specialist coaches. I set up these classes due to witnessing my own mother go through post natal depression but also as a mother myself now I realised there wasn’t enough support out there for parents to help with both the physical and mental challenges that comes with parenthood/pregnancy. We want to build a community where no parent has to navigate parenthood alone.
