Stellar Publishing creates books and media that inspire curiosity about space and the night sky. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, we publish educational and engaging content for readers of all ages—from toddlers learning their first constellations to adults stargazing with their first telescope. Our titles are sold globally, including partnerships with Sourcebooks and Formac, as well as in-house bestsellers produced independently.
We don’t accept unsolicited manuscripts and do not publish for the general public. Instead, we specialize in helping astronauts, space scientists, and other experts in the space industry bring their stories and knowledge to life.
Our YouTube channel, Learn to Stargaze, acts as both a source of science outreach and a key marketing engine for our books. Much of our work takes place onsite at Stargaze Nova Scotia, a 26-acre stargazing park and filming location near Peggy’s Cove, and at the Abbey Ridge Observatory— now being restored for public science engagement.
