I'm the author of fifteen books, including two coffee table books of photographs and stories, and nine mystery novels. I contribute to the Globe and Mail, the Calgary Herald, the Edmonton Journal and the CBC on occasion, and write about the relationship between people and wild nature, economic transition, future energy scenarios and the politics of creating meaningful change. I love to photograph nature, wildlife, people, cultural events, and my son's sporting events.
