The aim of this organisation is to make the Indian handicrafts artisans self aware, market driven and promote the products made by the artisans to reach global market by prioritising training on subjects such as Design Innovation, Psychology, Product photography, English Communication, Law, Retail management etc. We train them for the market and have social media reach to sustain in the digital era. We want to create a future where artisans are strong enough to thrive in both online and offline environment to sell their products and innovate new global product range. For example, three virtual sessions are organised every week for providing knowledge , the network is for 80+ artisans, 30+ collaborations, 72+ hours of training. 1. We want to offer adequate training to generate sales 2. To organize offline workshops/training programmes and develop linkages between fashion brands and designers 3. Educate artisans to develop personality and products in order to stand out in competitive market. Most importantly, we market the artisans and their business reach expand to the community. We are constantly focusing on strong collaborations for long term artisan benefits. Our USP is we are an entire training centric organisation which provides training free of cost, benefits are consistence training, development new skills and knowledge , better sales and product development. We are different from our competitors because we align our success with the artisans by giving training and generating sales through the same. The art forms which we are covering right now are- Sujani, Sikki, Applique, Doll Making, Khatwa, Metal Craft, Bamboo, Jute craft, Crochet, Knitting, Aipan art, madhubani Painting and many more.
