STF Resources Sdn Bhd (STFR) was established in 2016 by the Staff Training Fund (STF) as a wholly owned private limited company to provide high quality outsourcing services such as finance, human resources, corporate services, IT and facilities & administration to affiliates in the banking and finance sectors of Malaysia.
In this regard, we aspire to be the value-adding business partner to the affiliates that we support and by consolidating business support functions and standardisation through common technology platform, we confer absolute cost advantages and the affiliates can focus their limited resources on their core business and corporate goals.
STFR is the owner of AICB Building, an industry-driven project to promote talent and leadership development in the financial service industry. Upon its completion in early 2020, the building operations including property and facility management services will be administered by STFR.
