IKONE knows how to put knowledge and patient experience to optimal use. Our goal is to improve the quality of care by promoting and facilitating collaborations between patients and the healthcare sector. We support care organisations, policy makers and innovators in reinforcing the patient perspective through, for example, patient journeys, focus groups, and research and consultancy work. Additionally, IKONE develops and designs innovations in healthcare. IKONE wil de kwaliteit van zorg verbeteren door samenwerking tussen patiënten en de gezondheidszorg te bevorderen. IKONE ondersteunt zorgorganisaties, beleidsmakers en innovators bij het verstevigen van het patiëntenperspectief door bijvoorbeeld patient journeys, focus-groepen, onderzoek en advieswerkzaamheden. Ook ontwikkelt IKONE zelf innovaties in de zorg.
