Stonebridge Construction was formed in 2002 to be the general contractor for the 228 unit Hearthstone apartments in Apple Valley, Minnesota which was being developed by an affiliate, Stonebridge Development and Acquisition, LLC. Subsequent to the completion of Hearthstone, Stonebridge Construction has been the general contractor for over $150 million of Stonebridge Development properties representing more than 1,200 rental housing, senior cooperative, and condominium units. With Stonebridge Development ceasing its involvement with new proposals for its own account, Stonebridge Construction began in 2010 doing independent contracting for others. To date Stonebridge Construction has completed or has under construction over 750 units of apartments and senior assisted living facilities and contracted work in excess of $90 million.
