Stowell Learning Center

The Stowell Learning Center was established in 1984 as a diagnostic, tutorial center for students with learning disabilities. In the past 20 years we have helped hundreds of students with a variety of learning challenges become successful learners. Our goal for each student, regardless of age, is that he/she becomes as comfortable and independent a learner as possible. In order to do this, we work closely with parents, communicate with schools, and are continually seeking to find and implement the most effective and efficient strategies and programs. We work one-to-one with students in a positive, caring environment to provide instruction that is targeted to their specific needs and learning style. In addition to providing diagnostic evaluations and cognitive / educational therapy for students, the Stowell Learning Center is a training facility for therapists across the U.S. and Canada in several highly successful, "cutting-edge" programs.
