Strategic Events

Facilitating face-to-face and virtual event management learning programs. Providing support to learners throughout the duration of the program including review of in-house event processes to improve speed and effectiveness, including process mapping and training, supporting resource and budget allocation. Assisting with physical bump-in and bump-out of events and festival resources. Staff management/supervision at events – resource planning and rostering, management of staff, briefings, and live troubleshooting. Post-event reconciliation through event debriefs held with all teams and stakeholders. Contracted to companies such as Stockland, The Entertainment Store, Manningham City Countil, YMCA, The Push & FReeZA Youth Music festivals.
