Our focus will be working directly with clients during their implementation process. We will be offering project management and senior functional consultant services for those clients that need an internal resource but don’t want the overhead costs of another employee. Our team has the experience that will help clients mitigate the risks of failed ERP implementations. We will work side by side with clients as they work with their partner to successfully deploy and stabilize their selected solution.
Project Management Services: We are able to assist clients that are transitioning to any ERP system. With over 25 years of experience combined, our team has a proven track record of successfully managed projects. We use industry standard tools and techniques from our certifications in waterfall and agile.
Senior Functional Consultant Services: We are able to assist clients that will be/are going through an implementation to Microsoft 365 Business Central. With end user background coupled with consultant experiences gained working at various Microsoft Gold Partners, we can provide best practices and training on the system. We can even assist with setups and importing master data records, as needed.
