Founded in 2000 Stratox is focused on the auto-cascade refrigeration processes. We have unique experience in the optimisation and development of the complex gas mixtures and thermodynamics to realize clients process goals. The ultra-low temperature refrigeration process we have developed is effective over the temperature range -60 oC to -140 oC (190 to 130 oK). Is a direct alternative liquid nitrogen (LN2) in most applications. Existing implementations up to 200 kW cooling @ -100 oC have proven reliable and commercially viable. Energy conversion (excluding LN2 transportation costs) are between 4.5 and 6 times better than LN2 Our clients are large corporations in vacuum, bio-medical, petrochemical and food distribution industries.
