Perform engineering design & analysis of oil & gas field pressure equipment, supported with a sound and conceptual understanding of complex failure mechanisms. Perform integrity assessments and perform FFS analysis (Level-II & III) of static pressure equipment internal mechanical failures, fatigue failures/defects, cracks, bulges, misalignments, creep damage, laminations flaws, pitting & metal loss, and prepare comprehensive reports on analysis and recommendations. Perform alterations and re-rating of process equipment, prepare calculations, approvals, assess materials, welding, post-weld heat treatment, inspection, pressure testing, documentation and approve recertification. Perform & lead failure analysis / technical studies of critical equipment and ‘Bad actor-type’ performing equipment experiencing repetitive failures, establish technical root causes, and develop solutions to ensure reliable design.
