Structural Design Inc. (SDI) is an energetic consulting engineering firm founded in 1997. SDI specializes in the design of light gauge steel shop drawings for a vast array of projects nationwide, from single story retail and multi-family residential centers to high rise commercial buildings. SDI currently holds Professional Engineer registrations in over 30 states and can provide design services for all 50 states through our expert consultants. Our staff have been involved in the design of all types of building structures, light gauge steel building components, aluminum components, and special-use structures. The design team at SDI includes individuals qualified in structural engineering, 3-D modeling of structures, and wall panel detailing.
