Structure IT is a Canadian software created for Canadian Accountants and Tax Advisors. The software is a desktop based application that allows users to input or import shareholder, unit holder or member information for separate entities as of different points in time. The intelligent software recognizes whether the entity is a Corporation, Partnership or Joint Venture and recognizes the shareholders as individuals, trusts or another entity. The software then builds the Group Org Chart as is existed at any point in time the user inputs. The software simultaneously tracks 'Notes' on the Group accumulating changes in a easily filtered and exportable document. The Notes track changes in the shareholder(s), unit holders(s) and members, as well as changes in the number and/or class of shares or units issued, changes in the paid up capital, adjusted cost base and fair market value.
