During the last 15 years at KBC Group, I specialised in helping teams define & implement new strategies, invent and upgrade products & services, upgrade operational as well as organisational processes. I have managed projects in Belgium and abroad in different domains ranging from legal, innovation, IT, upgrade testing capabilities to pure marketing projects. As a Service Design coach at KBC Group I coached internal and external teams throughout the innovation cycle from broad topics to concrete projects. I helped these teams to structure their way of working to deliver feasible, profitable and desirable projects that fit in KBC’s strategic goals. Since I am a strong believer of “show, don’t tell”, I define a structured (workshop based) approach and then actively coach the teams along the way.
