Core Values Housing rights: STT believes that Cambodian people have the right to housing to fulfil their basic needs as per UN convention on the right to adequate housing. It is STT’s fundamental belief for STT existence. Evidence-based research/data: STT believes fact-based/reliable information and evidence serves as fundamental tools for effective advocacy. They help reducing victimization and enhancing positive responses and confidence within communities. Professionalism: All STT work and activities need to be carried out in a proper and systematic way that reflects best practices and professional standards of process and quality. Transparency and accountability: STT believes transparency and accountability enhances the trust of stakeholders, so for all its work and activities, STT will share information and be accountable to all relevant stakeholders (internal and external). Teamwork: STT staff believe that working and collaborating with each other could achieve great synergy and results. Thus, STT staff will work and support each other in complementary ways to achieve common goals.
