SDC is the inhouse HR function of MBA(HRD). The key function of SDC is to ensure holistic development of the students & their overall personality. We organise the onboarding & induction session, the GD-PI Process & every activity required to develop hard & soft skills of the batch. It encompasses Guest Lectures &
Workshops by industry experts, industrial visits, case-based discussions quizzes & other development activities, to make the student's industry ready & stand at par with other B-Schools.
We are also responsible for organising an enriching 'HR Symposia' as well as Management Fest of MBA program, 'Synergy. SDC ensures the good quality of the batch as a whole & keeps it up-to-date with what is important to excel in the Human Resource Industry.
Vision: The Last student to be placed should be good enough so that no company can reject them.
