About Student Engineering Professionals (SEP)

Student Engineer Professionals (SEP) is a mentorship program targeting engineers of color in the ECET/CET department of RIT during their 2nd/3rd year of college. The second and third year of your career at RIT will be challenging and can also be very stressful. I have experienced and seen firsthand the pressure, the issues, and the lack of motivation or even the rambunctious college life that comes with the second and third year of college. The SEP will focus on academic success, career preparation and have the student's goals as the main goal of the program.
