Private Clients:
Whether you want to renovate, need a custom interior design solution, or need a new home, we can help. We offer clear packages for each stage of the process, and have good relationships with local manufacturers and builders, to help get your project off the ground.
Commercial Clients:
We work as a consultant to help get your project built. With our expertise in materials, furnishings and finishes, we can come up with creative, bespoke solutions for retail, hospitality, and larger housing projects.
Research & Development:
We work with base R&D for various companies, usually through material science and heritage-based solutions. We advise on product development, and have mastered working with algae and seagrass.
Collaboration:
We are stronger through collaboration. We have worked with engineers, artists, NGOs, seaweed farmers, and design tech companies in the past. We are always open to working with others, and combining forces on joint projects.
Our Process:
We work primarily in three stages: concept, design development, and construction. Clients can hire our services for one, two, or all three stages.
For concept development, we discuss your wishes and goals for your project. We then develop 2-3 iterations that integrate your ideas with our expertise.
With Design Development, we develop the project according to all the rules and regulations of local planning laws, and focus on designing the project to be built. We guide you through the building permit process, and help navigate the bureaucracy to get your project approved.
For the final Construction Phase, we work with contractors and on-site inspection to make sure that the process is proceeding as expected. We are your advocate and your go-between when problems arise, and we are always ready with new ideas and solutions to help get you to the finish line.
