Studio Torch is the highest quality group fitness classes with personalized instruction from our certified trainers. We combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with innovative athletic movements, strength training, and metabolic conditioning. Studio Torch is for any fitness level, everything can be modified to fit your fitness level whether you haven't worked out in ten years, or are a college athlete. Each class is 60 minutes long, with a max of 30 people per class in our newer, clean and organized studios. We will utilize dumbbells, barbells, kettles, treadmills, rowing machines, bands, med balls, boxes and much more. Our studio will provide a great start, break, or finish to the user’s day.
