Suiso is developing a breakthrough pyrolysis technology which decarbonises hydrocarbon gases - natural gas, LPG, propane or biogas. Offering a simple, and easy to implement decarbonisation solution for industrial heat processes (e.g. furnaces, boilers, kilns, etc.), Suiso’s systems allow existing gas consumers to remove carbon from their gas consumption before combustion takes place. Current systems deliver up to 90% volumetric conversion of the input gas to hydrogen. As the decarbonised fuel blend is produced on site from the pre-existing gas supply, there is no concern about the availability/continuity of supply, nor long delays before vital decarbonisation solutions can be implemented. The carbon produced by the system is in solid form and has potential commercial applications in purification, battery anodes and industrial goods.
